Rob Wells is Universal Music's group divisional director of new media and digital services and is currently responsible for the entire digital strategy for UMUK. He covers download and mobile business, e-CRM, online marketing and new e-business opportunities

He first joined Universal Music UK in 2000. Prior to this he spent seven years at Sony BMG as head of new media building their digital strategy and division.

Away from the music business Rob indulges his addiction to board sports at every opportunity - surfing, snowboarding, wake boarding and kite surfing.
